City Color Shadow Primer is the perfect prep for eyelids to make your eye shadow last all day. This formula prepares a smooth and soft base to prevent creasing and fading of eye shadows with any type of finish.

Pearl Primer: Adds a pearly, shimmery finish to any shadow

Ingredients (Pearl): Water (Aqua), Butylene Glycol, Isododecane, Stearic Acid, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate Se, Cyclopentasiloxane Ca., Trimethylsiloxysilicate Ca., Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Xanthan Gum, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aluminum Magnesium Silicate, Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).

How to Use: Use the included applicator to apply primer to eyelids. Use a clean finger to gently blend the primer all over eyelid. Allow a few moments for the primer to dry before applying eye shadow.
