L.A. Colors Browie Wowie Pencil

Add definition to brows with the slanted retractable brow pencils. Slant-tip brow pencil easily fills in brows for a natural looking finish- complete with spoolie.

How to use: Using the spoolie end, brush brow hair to shape, as desired. Using short, quick strokes draw hair like lines from the bottom of brow to the top. Fill any gaps for a fuller brow. Brush again for a blended natural look.
