L.A. Girl Fineline Liquid Eyeliner

Fineline fine-tip liner creates a thin, precise line in just one stroke! Pen is water-based and has a soft flexible tip for precision and control and delivers the right amount of color.

How to use: Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes. For best results keep product stored horizontally and keep cap tightly closed to avoid pen from drying out.
